Yacht jobs.
Register once and stay on the books. We have placed crew from Florida and the Med to Alaska and the Northwest Passage — and we meet crew in person at the shows.

What we recruit for
We recruit across every department aboard — from the bridge to the galley to the guest interior. These are the categories we fill, not a live list of vacancies.
- CaptainLicensed masters for private and charter programmes, from coastal cruisers to ocean-going yachts.
- DeckMates, bosuns and deckhands — watchkeeping, tenders, toys and exterior upkeep.
- EngineerChief and second engineers with the tickets your flag state and tonnage require.
- ChefHead and sole chefs who can hold a standard at sea, for owners' trips and charter alike.
- Interior & StewChief stews, stew/deck and service crew trained to the interior standard you set.

How positions are filled
We don't publish a live list of individual vacancies. Only general details of a position are ever posted publicly — specific berths are matched privately from the register. The way in is to be on the books: send us your CV and we will put you forward when a position matches your licence and experience.
Three steps to get on the books.

- 2
We confirm your references
We verify your references and certificates before you go on the books.
- 3
We put you forward
When a berth matches your licence and experience, we make the introduction.
