Our story
The Yacht Crew Register was established in 1995 in Vancouver, Canada by Captain Darcy Narraway, after many years of sailing and cruising the Caribbean, the Mediterranean and the Pacific Ocean. YCR is a private company with an established clientele of owners and captains, and works at times alongside independent yacht agents and management companies.
We have since expanded through the Pacific, the Caribbean and the Med, and have placed captains and crew all over the world. In addition to the traditional yachting centres of Florida and the Bahamas, Italy and France, our clients cruise exotic locations like Egypt and Turkey, Hong Kong and Hawaii, Alaska and the Northwest Passage.
Where to find us
We always set aside valuable time to meet with captains and crew during boat shows in the Caribbean and the Mediterranean, especially the Monaco Yacht Show and the Ft Lauderdale International Boat Show.
